GENESIS
As India gains its rightful position in the dimensions of the global geopolitical equations, the underlying acceptance throughout the world is of the knowledge base that it has developed during these years. Management education as of today has evolved itself into being one of the important domains of imparting value. This has indeed endowed a responsibility towards management institutes in developing a new breed of creative and dynamic managers who have the resilience, the vision and most importantly the passion to take the bull by the horns.
Gujarat State has been one of the front-runners as well as the most progressive state in the western part of the country. After introduction of New Economic Policy in 1991 many MNCs has started flourishing their business in Gujarat State and there was a huge demand of the professional people in this area. To fulfil the demand of professional youngsters in MNCs, the Shamjibhai Harjibhai Talaviya Charitable Trust has established the R.K.College of Business Management (RKCBM) to cater to the professional education, training, research and development needs of personnel of MNCs in this area.
- RKCBM being a sectoral college of management has been laid on the following foundational principles:

QUALIFICATION
AND PAYSCALES : As
per the norms of AICTE. Candidates with Five Year Experience and postgraduate
degree will be eligible for the post of Asst. Prof. if he/she gives
undertaking to complete Ph.D within seven years.
Higher salary for deserving candidates with higher qualification and
